Deeply rooted in the practices of dance rituals, Fricker finds ways to evoke otherworldly, utopian islands of longing with the notion of hope, referencing queer feminist science fiction. The works are informed by auto-biographical elements and Fricker also collaborates with various musicians* and institutions. Fricker's stage alter-ego LEGZ emerged in 2018 in the experimental queer drag scene out of a need for expansion and a form of liberation. [2]
